The insufficiency and soaring rate of fossil fuels, as well growing concerns about global warming, have pushed electric vehicles (EVs) to become a significant aspect the future transportation system. growth in adoption EVs results need for broadly spread charging stations, hence Photovoltaic (PV) based EV system is adopted since generation power from PV possible everywhere. An with two converters constructed this research work, one which re-lift Luo converter other Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter. A conversion low voltage output an enhanced higher level. DAB effective providing required galvanic isolation allowing bidirectional flow. system’s fluctuates changing weather conditions solar irradiation. Hence, operation controlled by using Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), highly capable addressing uncertainties associated output. implementing Phase Shift (PS) control technique. MATLAB simulation done validate proposed system's performance.
